Jay Tripp - Owner/Sales Manager
Jay TrippJay is a 1993 graduate of Brandon Valley High School in Brandon, SD.  He started playing piano at the age of 9.  At the age of 18 he started playing professionally.  After attending SDSU in Brookings SD, he started in the piano industry.  He is in his 20th year in the business and when asked what keeps him motivated he states: "It's about building relationships and trust with your customers, along with offering a great selection of instruments for them to choose from.  Purchasing a piano should be fun, and we thrive on making your buying experience an enjoyable one without the use of "high pressure" sales.  I also believe in assisting in helping you find the perfect piano to fit your needs.  I'd rather have a customer find exactly what they're looking for and want to buy it because it's the best for them....not because it's, simply, on sale."  Jay lives in Brandon,SD with his eight year old son, Braeden.  He enjoys composing, golfing, volunteering in the community, spending time with his family & friends, and serving as the Director of Music Ministry at Faith United EPC in Brandon.
