We pride ourselves on offering the best service a customer can receive. Here are a few of the "thank you's" we've received recently...

Friendly Service

We just wanted to  write a small note to say "Thank You" so much for your friendly and prompt customer service.  If you treat all your customers in this professional manner, we believe they will be back again for service.  Thanks again for everything!

The Place to go

Jay & Scott,
Thank you to you and your staff for arranging Charlie's recital.  I know that he and his family were very grateful and I am also.  It was beyond the call of duty and we feel extremely fortunate to have Schoppert's Piano Gallery.  My very best.

Continued Support

On behalf of the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra, I would like to share a few things with you regarding Scott Schoppert and his firm, Schoppert’s Piano Gallery.  The Sioux City Symphony over the last seven years has produced and hosted the Iowa Piano Competition six times.  The IPC is a world-class piano competition which boasts $14,000 in prize money.  Our last competition two years ago, had a finalist field of 12 competitors, nine of which were from foreign countries.  An event of this size and undertaking would not be possible without Scott Schoppert, and his firm and staff.  Scott provides 12 competition pianos which we move into the 5th floor of the Orpheum building for individual competitor practice rooms.  The Sioux City Symphony owns a Steinway D which Scott’s firm, Bob’s Piano Service, serves as the exclusive technician.
Scott and his team originally with Schmitt Music are one of the main reasons the Sioux City Symphony was able to make this competition a huge artistic success.  Again, without Scott, the SCSO’s Iowa Piano Competition would have never gotten off the ground and without his future support will not be able to continue.  The SCSO is grateful for all that Scott has done for the organization on stage and also in the community.  Scott has served as a member of the SCSO Board of Directors for 8 years and takes an active role in the strategic planning of the Sioux City Symphony.  On a personal note, I greatly enjoy Scott’s friendship and passion for the performing arts.
